1. Free Shipping & Delivery Time
Shipping is FREE on all orders. Due to high demand, delivery may take 4–10 business days, though we strive to ship and deliver within 4 days whenever possible.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In peak periods, processing may be delayed slightly. If we anticipate a significant delay, we’ll notify you by email or phone.
3. Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number. Tracking is typically active within 24–48 hours.
4. Shipping Locations
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us at hello@aicommerce.co for assistance.
5. Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Everything Home is not liable for any charges incurred after shipping.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging.

7. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If you’ve made an error, email us immediately at hello@aicommerce.co so we can try to correct it before shipment.
